Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Trésor Allure. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below:
1. Return Period
• We gladly accept returns for items in new, unworn condition within 7 days of your purchase date.
• After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Items with signs of wear, stains, or alterations cannot be returned.
3. Exchanges
• We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available) within the 7-day return window.
• If your preferred size or style is out of stock, we will offer a store credit.
4. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for returns that meet the above criteria.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Sale & Clearance Items
• All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. How to Return

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
8. Exclusions
• We do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or gift cards.
